• 3 Soccer Fields – 1 lit and irrigated
• Splash Pad and Playground
• Facility to be designed to LEED Silver standard
• Design accommodates the future addition of a second ice pad (practice arena)

The facility is located in north Ayr, and highly accessible from Greenfield Road. Close to the adjacent villages of Reidsville and Roseville.
